I recently closed on the sale of my house in New Milford with this elite agency.  My agent
was Eileen Mellay , a confident, down to earth, easy to communicate with agent, who never
left out one detail and handled the sale with total professionalism.

I actually tried for 4 months to sell the house on my own with one of these .com agents and
got nothing but promises with not one contract.   When I was at my wits end from showing
the house on my own, I finally called and spoke to Eileen at McSpirit & Beckett .  Right
away I felt like I was in good hands and knew I had nothing to worry about.  She knew New
Milford very well as well as the surrounding towns and went out of her way on a daily basis
